I recently purchased a 2007 Double Cab Limited Tundra. The power adjusting portion of the mirrors works along with them both heating correctly. However, I cannot get them to fold in. When the button is pressed nothing happens, and there is no sound coming from either mirror.

I have read about the broken gears, but would there still be a motor sound coming from the mirror if the motor was receiving power? I can't seem to find any relays or fuses dedicated to the folding option.

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

I take it these are aftermarket mirrors, as I do not recall Toyota making OEM power folding mirrors at the time.

I am not sure. They appear to be factory and the mirror control panel with the buttons looks factory.

I also looked at a 2008 limited with the same setup. I checked the mirrors on that one and they worked. It slipped my mind to make sure they worked on this one when I was viewing it.

I have a 2007 double cab limited and it does have the power folding mirrors. Mine had one that was acting up, but it was due to a bad connection on the harness, passenger side. I cleaned it up and works fine. Since both don't work I would first check the fuse, and worst case pull the panel off and see if it gets power when you turn it on.

Is there a specific fuse for the power folding option? I cannot seem to locate it anywhere.

Did you ever find a solution to this problem? I recently bought a 2012 Limited Tundra and can't get the power folding mirrors to work. Thank you so much!

Any answer to this? I have a 2008 Limited Tundra with factory installed power fold mirrors as shown in the panel. Would greatly appreciate possible resolutions

Do you have seat memory option? If so, look for fuse labeled MIR 15A and ACC 7.5A. If not, it should be ACC 7.5A.
