20012 Tundra Crewmax 4 LO and Track Off

2112 Tundra crewman 4x4

I recently had to use 4w high to get through some mud pulling a trailer. Took it out of 4w high. And 15 minutes later just before I hit the pavement. 4 LO was flashing and Trac off came on. 4 hour drive home and intermittent loss of tach, speed, oil and trans temp went away. But then came back on the road. Received a U0155 code. Disconnected the battery to reset about 15 minutes ago. Note 289 k miles.

Anyone have anything similar?
