I recently purchased a new grill
For my 2018 Tundra. The pre-collision system module in the front grill is now malfunctioning. The old grill had a Toyota logo that it sat in. The new grill does not. I have tried to bypass it by turning it off from the On screen menu to no avail. The malfunction continues to pop up on the menu screen after a few minutes of driving.

I'm wondering if anyone has done something to rectify this as I know many of you have put aftermarket grills on your trucks.

You are not suppose to swap grills on these years it will cause issues and dealers will not calibrate them due to liability. You can try buying a relocation kit as the height of the sensor is now different. Or you can have the dealer disable the system completely but be advise once it off you cannot turn it back on without buying a new module which are very expensive.
