Are there any head units with SiriusXM built in that use tag factory wiring and antenna? Everything I find that says "SiriusXM built in" really needs a separate adapter of some sort and an antenna. I have the factory head unit in a 2011 Tundra with no amp, and looking for a simple upgrade with a little better sound and connectivity to my phone.

Thanks. I'll take a look. I've researched it a bit on Crutchfield, but all of them seemed to use a different antenna, but that sounds like a better solution. I'm not really looking to add an amp, sub, and everything else, but hoping to get a little more power out of the head unit. I did replace the door speakers since one of them stopped working.

No. Even the factory head unit has a separate tuner that’s just built into the headunit. But all of them need a dedicated tuner and there own antenna to connect to the correct satellites.

It is hard to say whether the HU replacement will give you a significant amount of additional power, but regarding the SXM tuner - they sell a "replacement" sxv300 tuner that doesn't come with an antenna, it is couple bucks cheaper.
Take a look at a great HU install thread here, you may need more than just a head unit and SXM tuner https://www.tundras.com/threads/the-great-hu-install-of-2023.129229/
