Auto adjust aggravation!

New to the tundra world with a question. Recently bought an 07 tundra to pull a small tractor and trailer. Love the truck and power it has. One small issue, I dislike having the steering wheel telescope every time I put the key in the ignition. I know this has got to have a simple way to disable this. I have asked my local dealer and they say no you can't disable it. I am the only one who drives this truck and I just find it a hassle. Being picky I know. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Yea looks like it’s something the dealer will have to do in techstream. Maybe show them this
