2002 Sequoia 2x4

I was trying to replace a bad fuse for the dome light and while doing so when I pulled one of the fuses I thought was bad I heard a pop like a fuse blowing and now I'm not charging I've checked all the fuses with an OHM meter one at a time and all of them check good still no charging any help would be much appreciated
