33X10.5 Fuel wheels , Rancho adjustable 2.5 leveling kit

I seem to have a head scratcher here. I can't seem to find the issue regarding the 4WD control module. I hate to spend 700 + and find out that wasnt it. I have gone through all the connections and fuses. The only thing I haven't been able to do is get it up in the air so I can take a good look at brakes and speed sensors. I would be grateful if someone has any ideas for me to check.
