    Evening fellow Tundrians.
I installed the IMS 2inch lift kit on my wife’s 2015 Jeep grand. We love the ride, handling and look of it. Way better than stock!!!!!!!!!
I was going to get an IMS kit for my 2019 limited. I also installed 34 wildpeaks on stock 20 inch rims and an are cx hd topper. Got a primsu roof rack waiting until I get a day to install it. Been waiting to get a lift until I had all this done.

I’m a general contractor and use the truck for work. Always need to grab a few 16 foot lumber here and there and the 5.5 bed is well, you know.

anyone out there in tundra land running their lift? I’m not trying to get a tone of lift, maybe 2 or so inches. Trying to figure out which springs or rms to put in the back for sag.

any pics of you tundra and thoughts of if you like it or what would you have done differently.

thank you in advance and happy new year…

    Hey bud,

Pretty much the whole discussion about the IMS kit for the 2nd gen is on this page here:

    https://www.tundras.com/threads/dob...-shocks-for-2007-tundras-ifp-monotubes.81571/

If you don't have any added weight up front, you'd run the standard spring rate coils, but they're 2.5". Then in the rear, if the stock leaf springs without anything else have worked fine, then the regular leaf pack would be all that you need to lift it up.

I ordered the ims kit but have yet to install it. Somehow the vendor or dobinons screwed up my order and put the wrong springs on. Still waiting on a resolution.

The kit came with rear blocks but im already running rear shackles. Seems like most people like shackles over blocks here. I frequently haul truck loads of boxes of various retail product and havent noticed any significant droop with shackles and have been happy with their performance.

Funny enough i also ordered the prinsu rack during black Friday. Still waiting for that too.
