I just replaced the tires on my truck because they were bad thinking that would stop this LOUD noise and vibration out of my wheel. Wrong. The vibration gets louder as I drive. When I go around curves to the right the noise eases up inside the truck and I don’t hear that rubbing (sounds like bearings) noise I hear. When I go around curves to the left, that noise and rubbing sound get extremely loud. I can feel the rubbing and vibrations in the steering wheel and wells as the floorboards of the truck. Vrmm vrmm vrmm and it slows down when I slow down as well.

Does anyone know what this is. I’m thinking hub bearings but before I go out and buy part; (entire hub bearing assembly) that I needed to know if this model Tundra would need to have those bearing packed or is that part of the hub bearing separate from assembly?

Any advice would he greatly appreciated

The sealed bearings are pressed into a hub assembly. Personally, I would just buy the hub assembly and replace.

How many miles are on the truck? Have you addressed the drivers side needle bearing issue in the front differential? This also could be the source of the noise. On a straight road, place the truck in 4H and see if the sound goes away. If it does, this probably is the issue.
