Everything I've got in my kitchen and laundry room is Whirlpool and I couldn't be happier. Well, except the over-the-range microwave sucks, but that's because over-the-range microwaves suck and I should just install a real 300+ CFM vent over my stove, and give up some counter space already.

Stock, with a few cosmetic mods.
Although this is no help to the OP, I would propose GE sucks as well. 8 yo appliances, all GE except the dishwasher, Bosch, have required me to repair one way or another, valves, mother boards, pumps, etc. Stove, fridge, and first washer machine, Speed Queen this time around!

I took the entire dryer apart this morning at 6am (off work but figured I could use my time wisely…..).

I cleaned every piece of lint out of the internals, replaced heating element, rollers, drum pulley, belt, thermostat and thermal fuse. I ordered a whole kit from a website (just waiting on the moisture sensor which I can do later). Full refurbish…..we will see how it works today as there is a load in the washer now.
