Vibration/Rattle High RPM (Highway)

Hello,

I experienced something weird on the highway 2 days ago and wanted to see if anyone had the same experience or not...trying to figure out what's going on.

As I was merging on the highway from the ramp I noticed the car behind me was coming up fast so I revved the gas not super hard, but def some power so that I can match the guys speed coming up from behind. Suddenly I felt this vibration/rattle sensation from what sounds like the engine.

This is the second time I have experienced this and I remember the first time was in a very similar situation (highway stepping on gas to speed up). This only seems like it happens when the RPM is pretty high as I was stepping on the gas but not full power.

I have a 2020 Tundra SR5 and have had no issues whatsoever. I hope this isn't a big issue as I have been taking care of this car as much as I could...anyone have any idea what could be wrong or what I should tell the mechanic to look at?
