Looking for advice/ opinions. I told myself when it was time for new tires I was going to begin the build. I have a 2021 CM that I am going to modify to a weekend/short stay overlander.

I have acquired accessories but it’s time for suspension and tires. I to run want 35’s with decent on road manners. I have always had good results from king reservoir coil overs from the crawlers/bouncers I’ve ran in the past. However, I have been leaning toward bilistein’s or fox simply because of the price tag and I have read some good things. My question is should I just buy the fox or bilisteins, upper control arms, and maybe bump stops and hardware or is there a complete kit that covers what I actually need.

I have the same goals as you (weekend dispersed camping, off roading, hunting trips, etc), and I just decided that it made more sense to buy the TRD Fox kit that comes on the Pro trucks. It’s ~$3k, but the good news is, it works with OEM UCAs, and if you run skinny 35s (285/75R18), everything fits with no rubbing and no trimming required. On-road manners are still good.
