Chasing my tail it feels like-
Had 2.5 front lift - stock UCAs
    Rock Warrior with 285/75/17
No issues- just old and saggy, time for refresh. 2011 Rockwarrior.
Went under the impact gun last week-

    Current set up
    Ironman 4x4 UCAs
    Bilstien 6112s on 1.9 with Shims= 2.5-2.75 front lift
    Rock Warrior rims with 285/75/17

went to throw on Toyo 315/70/17. Won’t fit because they are now hitting control arm. Ugh.
    Options
    Wheel spacer- Want to avoid.
New rims with different offset. Told under 12 would work. Lots of options at 5x150-25.
    Or stay with smaller tires.
I’m leaning on new rims even though I love the RW rims. The offset that the tire shop is recommending is going to push the wheels out almost 1.6 inches.
At what point do you start chucking rocks and needing fender flares?
What brand to get and what to avoid?
    Thanks!

I’d just replace the UCAs with lower clearance ones like Total Chaos or similar uniball ones (stock works too). 315/70r17 plus Rock Warriors fit with those UCAs on stock and lifted suspensions. Anymore than 50mm offset and 315s and you will begin to poke, mine are perfectly inline. 25mm would mean about 3/4-1” poke and start throwing rocks without fender flares.

Well- that is an option but trying to figure out what is the biggest pain and loss of money-
New rims-900-1200 and time to mount them is minimal and I can get a few bucks for RW rims
    or
New, leaner UCAs - close to same cost as rims, out money for what I paid for Ironman UCAs and shop time to align.
I do have my stock UCAs but most have recommended a UCA upgrade - which I agree with cause the stock ones angles didn’t look right.

I’m leaning towards 305/70/18 and 25-18 offset That would give some space (1.5) on UCA and only stick out about an inch over RW rims
