Is the air ride still installed? Did they max out the bags and it's creating a stiff rear end? Can you post a picture of your rear setup?

The rear is not lifted. They missed something. did they re-use the factory shocks? Is there any error messages about the airride? Have they ever installed one of these before? I see lots pf brackets back there presumably to relocate the components to accommodate the lift. Does the rear bag look like it has any air in it?

I can't see how they lifted the rear, I'm new to this setup but I feel like something is definitely missing.

Is it possible they didn’t install the extended rear air leveling arms? And its stuck in trying to keep the rear air bags in the stock height position?

@Tj3 Did you purchase aftermarket shocks for the lift as well that have the appropriate travel? As @KNABORES mentioned. If you didn't order new shocks that were designed for that rear lift which is probably about 5" (in the rear). If that is the case the factory shock would limit the up travel of the airbag and it would keep inflating and inflating till the airbag goes POP!. The factory shocks would prevent the relocated level sensor for the air ride from ever reaching ride height and the bags would get rock hard (being held down by factory shocks) probably till a safety switch shuts them off and driving around the ride in the rear would be super stiff which could also make the airbags go POP too! That or it burned up your compressor motor that fills them. Or you could have blown a fuse on the airbag compressor. @Tj3 Elaborate a little more..... if you have errors on the dash share them too, etc. ....there are a lot of very knowledgeable people on here and we can help you just need more detail.

You for sure have a Carolina squat truck currently. Call Whistlin Diesel and he'll put er out of its misery. Give us some more detail!

Also judging by the pics it looks like those might be factory black Hitachi shocks and looking at the instructions sheet for that lift kit it doesn't look like the kit came with new shocks. Looks like the rear end is sitting on the extended bump stops.

Well maybe not I take that back the rear shock looks like it has a grade 8 bolt and nyloc nut on it...somebody swapped that hardware out so presumably it was to change the shock out? WTF?? did they lose the hardware and decided to just throw a grade 8 bolt in there? I have so many questions.

Likely a shock mount extension to make up for the lift and retain the factory shocks. Not a fan
