Headlight bulb connector will not comeoff

Tried to install resistor pack onto headlight socket but cannot get the 3 wire connector off. Seems stuck on the lamp led and don't want to pull on the wires. Any suggestions to remove the connector that plugs into the led? Either a pick or some other way? Thanks

 

Just gotta keep wiggling and tugging. You can remove the battery or air box (depending on side) to get a better grip.
Next time clean the connections from corrosion debris and use di-electric grease so thos doesn't happen again.

 

Silicone spray can help

 

Use a thin flat blade screwdriver to try and get it in there and slowly twist it to help separate the connectors.
