2007 tundra wiring diagram

Im trying to install a back up camera and I need to identify the positive wire going into the backup light.

R4 and R5 are your tail light connectors

Pin 2, I think that color is lilac w/red stripe
Generally white with a black stripe will always be ground.

I would assume you mean the trigger wire at the back of the radio headunit that tells the radio when the truck is in reverse?

My 2008 schematic shows (I've confirmed visually) easy access at J77 (Pin #8 - Red).
Mine transitions to Violet at the other end (Pin #6). Yours appears to transition to Blue (Pin #7) ... Our J77 junctions may have different pin counts.
While you're under there, you might tap the Parking Brake wire also... Tan or Beige wire (you may need it if you ever install a DVD or Nav head unit.)
