Me...lol. I'm not proud of this but it is what it is. I think I need new center bearings...haha. I wonder where that squeak was coming from.

Ironically I'm a maintenance guy for a school district.

Edit: uh oh...looks like TC doesn't sell replacements. Anyone know what replacement would work? Thanks

Yeah...I have the red bushings already. The metal sleeves are toast. I can move the uniball by hand with a little effort but seems smooth and tight.

I'd be surprised if McMaster didn't have something close.

But honestly I'd probably wire wheel them and throw them back in.

They aren't smooth and rather gouged and pitted. Pretty bad actually.

It’s not funny that you post this, but I actually serviced mine on Friday. So therefore I let out a chuckle reading this.

So, you guys think pounding these back in won't prematurely wear the new bushings?

    They 100% will.

I would reassemble with all the old parts until you can source the new sleeves.

As long as the pits are smoothed out the rubber/urethane whatever it is should handle it fine.

+1 for McMaster. Measure those sleeves up and see if they have anything close. They ship quick.

Ok update for anyone that cares. I removed the driver side and it was much, much better so I chose to sand and wire wheel the bad side, got it real nice and smoothed over and reinstalled with new bushings. Greased it up real good and I really doubt it'll have any effect on anything. I only drive this truck once a week so if I need to take it apart again it's no big deal as I'm comfortable taking it apart

Thanks to everyone who chimed in. I do value your opinions.
