Rear View Mirror Rattle

Anybody taken it apart and dynamatted the inside of it? Mine Rattles when the bass hits. Wondered what is involved in the process, how difficult it is, etc. Searched around but didnt see any obvious threads on this.

 

You ever resolve this issue my truck does the same along with overhead console in the overhead I put about 7lbs of sound deadener in and it helped a out 90% but then I realized the mirror is rattling too a lot of rattles in my truck drives me insane trying to find them and fix em
