Today all my lights were blinking before my wife buckled her seat belt When she got out a while later I switched the rsca switch and they didn’t blink like that again

Gonna need some punctuation to make sure we understand what you are saying here, and please clarify "all my lights were blinking" for us. Things like the warning lights in the dash? The headlights and tail lights? The dome lights? Was it a slow and measured blinking like when a check engine light (MIL) is on, or was it sporadic strobing? Any changes or modifications to the truck? What was done just before the blinking of the lights? Driving? Parked?

These are just some questions to get more info. I don't have the brains to diagnose it myself, but if you provide the info there are a lot of helpful and knowledgeable people on here who might be able to help.
