    Coming soon
I purchased this leveling kit: https://www.roughcountry.com/product/toyota-leveling-lift-kit-870c
and had my mechanic install it.
He was concerned that the sway bar needed a spacer and asked if it was missing or something. He said it was putting a lot of pressure and strain on (what I am guessing is) the sway bar link as well.

He installed it as 3” (even though I wanted 2.5”) if that helps.

I was wondering if it does need a spacer for the sway bar or if it’s fine as it is? Is the tension on the links okay/ normal?

    thanks!
    It’s on a 2008 4x4 tundra.

I run the 3.5" kit from RC and it came with a sway bar drop (which is just a piece of square stock and some longer bolts). Probably worthwhile adding since it's cheap and easy to install.
