I have a new to me 2015 SR5 TRD Offroad. Non-JBL headunit radio. Since day one only my rear speakers work. I did the reset that is done by turning headlights on and off 3 times. I was told by mechanic that headunit was problem. Got a replacement off eBay , didn’t fix it. Door and dash speaker connection look good. Fuses under hood and by steering wheel are all good. Am I missing anything? Is there any other fuses? Any help appreciated. Thanks

I'd use a multimeter an check that you are getting a signal from the headunit where your dash speakers are. Since the way the speakers are ran in the tundra, the signal goes to the tweeter then from the tweeter to the door 6x9. If you are getting a signal from the tweeter, that tells you it isn't the headunit and rather a speaker problem. I'd start there.

Seems like an obvious place to start, but just in case you haven't... confirming you did check the 'fader' on the head unit?

I only say this because I'd hate for you to spend a ton or time or money and overlook something simple (I've done it myself)
