Please tell me I’m not the only one that freaks out over cold start noise

It’s getting colder where I’m at. The cold start noise scares me to the point that it makes me get closer to the wheel well and listen and even pop the hood lol. Then the motor quiets down after warming up and for the rest of the day. It’s just the mornings or when I first start it. It makes this little tick noise the same time as the air injection pumps and goes away after it blows off. I do use 0w20 oil in the cooler months.

It could be an exhaust leak at the exhaust manifold as the manifold heats up and expands the leaks fixes itself temporarily

    This ^^^
I run 5w 30 year round for about 4 years now. Other then it sounding like a race car on initial startup (12-14k rpm for about 30 secs to a min) it's so much quieter then when I ran 0-20
My SAI system is bypassed so I don't have that noise or worry of being stranded again
