348hp sr to 389hp model.

I have a 2024 sr 348 hp model. After doing so research. I could not find out how Toyota lowered the hp and touque.

it can’t be this simple to upgrade the hp.

On my dash I have the option setting to performance mode. I can not change that setting.

Did Toyota just remove the dial/switch to change so I can’t change user adjustable engine settings. is the wiring where the switch installed and not used. Did Toyota plug in a dogle that is wired only to standard mode only.

It the wiring to the installed. If I buy the Toyota switch and install it that adjust the power mode, tow mode , standard mode.
It can’t be that simple to gain hp and torque.
