2013 Tundra- All windows and door locks not working

Hello Everyone,
Stumped! I took out my battery and did a little cleaning on it. Reinstalled it and two days later my automatic windows and door locks no longer worked. The door locks work on the passenger side and door locks work on remote. I have know replaced the battery and fuses and window and door locks still won't work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, David
