In searching for reviews on Google I found a few say that these tires hydroplane easily even down to 55 mph. Any real work experiences form members here running them.

I live in AZ and occasionally get to travel to elevations, areas and passes with snow and during monsoon season we can get a heavy shower every afternoon.

My wife’s 4runner has probably 30k on a set. She’s been pleased. They’ve become quite speedy around here though.

It seems pretty common for guys to confuse the Toyo AT2 and the AT3. Having had both on my Tundra, the AT3 is a much better all-around performer, and much less prone to hydro planing or even spinning on wet roads.

I just put a set of AT3 on this year. So far I've been highly impressed with them. With the tread voids and pattern it's hard for me to imagine they would have hydroplaning issues. I drove on snow and ice the other day and was very pleased with traction.
