I have a 2016 toyota tundra 5.7L TRD Off road, at about 45k miles I got a misfire code in cylinder 3 (p0303), I replaced the spark plugs and it went away for a few thousand miles, it came back so I replaced the ignition coils it went away then came back about a week later.

I checked my fuel injectors with a noid light to make sure they were firing correctly, I even replaced the cylinder 3 injector but still no avail. I also ran a compression test which was fine according to toyota specs. I'm kinda at a loss I don't really know what to investigate next? any advice

I will say that for some reason it is hit or miss when i drive it, sometimes it runs fine and other times it runs rough, I cleared the code to make sure it came back and it did.
