Can someone tell me if there are supposed to be caps where the mirror arm is screwed into the ceiling? Seems odd they would leave the bolts exposed. All vehicles I have had in the past cover these. Trivial I know, but just want to see if mine is missing them.

Cannot say for 100% certain because I don't have the 3rd gen, but my 2019 Tundra and my 2023 Tacoma both had the screws exposed. Makes for easy access to tighten them up on occasion if you go down washboard roads.

Almost looks like mine TRD pro is missing the large cap that goes over it. It looks like yours has the same bracket/screws underneath it.

Mine is a 2024 as well, I wonder if they stopped putting them in, or they are back ordered and are sending trucks out without them?

24 SR5 ... and I just discovered I have naked screws! You can't unsee that. Don't know if I will sleep tonight. Shows how out of touch Toyota is with the needs of the consumer. Or is the 3rd-gen Tundra cursed? Perhaps there is a mod that can right this wrong.

Or maybe I won't worry about it, since it's just a truck.

Can the 3rd party mod market step up their game and get us some TRD embossed covers. I am willing to pay $100 for the set.

I still see the screw behind that chintzy-looking cover. Just sayin'
