While getting my driveshaft u-joint replaced due to a vibration issue I did an inspection on the front end components and found the following:

    1. Sway bar link arm(s) rubber grommets shot
    2. Play in drivers side lower ball joint. From what I’ve read here on the forum I will be replacing both sides with OEM parts and fresh bolts
    3. Outer tire rod from rack and pinion to where it mounts to the LBJ assembly rubber boot shot. This is evident on both sides Don’t see a grease fitting on it?
    4. Sway bar boot torn on one side.
    5. Sway bar bushings with minor wear/slop

So my question is other than the LBJ assemblies which I’ll go OEM to include new bolts what is everyone using for the other wear items that I mentioned? Is it safe to go with aftermarket goods on them or spend more for the OEM parts?

    TIA,
    Griff04
