Hi all and thanks for any and all input! brand new to toyota trucks and really wanting to buy this 07 CM sr5 ive come across on a deal i can afford. Its got 231k miles with all vehicle report and service records up until about 180k, then nothing until list date at 231k. started in WI, went to MN, then SD, now CO. 5 owners, they want $10.9k. im currently waiting on some pics of certain areas i hope arent rusted. is buying one of these at 231k worth it in 2023 into 2024?

    THANK YOU AGAIN!

Personally would not purchase it. Miles and all those owners would bother me. That just my opinion.

Best of luck to ya what ever you do.:)

Total crap shoot. At that mileage, you need to be handy with a wrench or the maintenance and potential repairs will eat you up.

Unfortunately at that mileage, the little things start adding up. Parts aren't terrible, but labor is ridiculous.

Welcome from LA (Lower Alabama)! One owner? Maybe. FIVE owners?!? I would not even consider it.

Sounds like it has spent most of its life in the rust belt if I were you and you can wait I would pass on this one unless you get a really good inspection frame rust is very common on these trucks and so is the differentials rusting out and leaking just be a smart buyer and know what you are buying and be aware of what you are getting into and welcome to Toyota ownership
