    So if anyone is looking to purchase Baja Design lights, I’d suggest taking a look at SDHQ. They have BD lights on sale plus you get the BD mail in rebate. The final prices are kinda insane when you do all the math. For example: a 30” S8 light bar (popular for front bumpers) ends up being ~$630 after taxes and you getting the rebate back. That’s over 20% of MSRP. I highly doubt you’ll ever see that price anywhere else.

    I have a PD36 (older, not the Pro) and a TK20. Love them both, the only complaint about the 36 was fixed on the new 36 Pro, they moved the mode (brightness) switch to the rear like the TK20 making it operable without repositioning your hand. Battery life is really good if you keep the brightness in the lower 1-3 range which puts out plenty of light, reading something up close anything higher than the lowest setting puts out too much light.
    Both these models charge via usb-c in the light body. If you start looking at other models (or brands), quite a few require removing the battery to charge it via usb cord plugged into the battery.

    I concur on your mathematical prowess, however @memario1214 has been quite active on the forum while I haven't seen much from the "other guy". Worth the savings imo.

    Wow... That's dirty pool by the SDHQ crew. Everyone, including them, knows that BD never ever goes on "%/$ off" sale. Here's what I do know... When one of our BF sales a few years back had a workaround for the sale price, BD declined every single rebate request that year due to the product being sold below MAP. I learned my lesson there.

    I'll just say this - For the crew here's what I can do. Make your purchase at retail from our site. Print off your receipt. Shoot me a PM with your order number and local sales tax rate (imma check!) and I'll refund to what your OTD price would have been. You'll also be able to get your rebate. If their pricing changes at some point over the weekend this offer will be null and void.

    I'll admit I have NOT researched *this* year, but typically Rago, BD... and this year maybe SDHQ and memario all likely to be similar. As all are super well-rated in customer service, I sometimes look at the extras... stickers thrown in with every order. The year I got my BD light bar, that meant Rago. But sometimes SDHQ sends shirts, depending on the product. All great vendors.

    It's all good! You don't have any forced allegiance to me, and nobody else does here either. We just pride ourselves in playing by the rules (within reason :rofl:) and offering the best deals and service that we can. So when something egregious like this pops up it stings a bit because we're well aware that many people's purchases are price dependent, especially during seasonally higher purchasing windows.
