I just installed a joying unit on my 2013 sequoia with JBL. I have the correct harness. I can’t get the OEM backup camera to work. It identifies the reverse mode but the screen is blank as in no input. Also I was wondering if anyone knew how to connect the rear entertainment system. Thanks in advance fir any help.

Backup cam is usually yellow rca to yellow rca. I see you have done that on one, have you tried the other yellow rca?

Factory connector plugs into the wire harness and that converts it to RCA, then plug that RCA into the one coming out of the joking hu

Thanks for the help. Apparently it was a setting thing on the unit. Backup camera issue resolved.

I found the unit a bit wobbly after install so I used the factory brackets on the joying and it worked great.

Ah, that's a newer setting. The AHD cameras are nice, Analog HD 720p. Not sure what the other camera formats are.

Edit: CVBS is composit video baseline signal and supports resolution of 480 and 570p

If you don't have the AHD backup cam, it's a good $20 upgrade

They sell them on Joyjngs website and Amazon. Just search Joying AHD backup cam.
