Ihad both the paint protection film and ceramic coating applied before taking delivery of my 2022 Limited. I had deer strike damage that's finally repaired and the body shop apparently gave up trying to arrange for both applications to be reapplied. I've tried for over a week to find a person at my dealership to arrange reapplication with no success. The first number I tried was on the application warranty. I'm starting to think it's just another dealer scam they don't stand behind.

Their ceramic coating I guarantee is garbage and won’t last. The PPF is 3rd party install I bet. Most dealers sub that out. They are probably trying to work with their sub for PPF.
