I noticed a gap (in pictures) and took to dealer. They ordered a complete replacement interior roof for the 2023 truck. Anyone else have this issue?

They claim the adhesive had given away... In less than a year old??? Wow

I had my headliner replaced within 6 months. The velcro or adhesive or whatever it is came loose and there was a clicking/tapping noise when I went over bumps. Replacing the headliner fixed the issue for the most part. Still get some clicking/tapping in the colder months if I don't park in the garage.

Currently waiting for a new headliner on a 23 limited, rattles around the mics for handsfree and has started to deform on the drivers side. This is why I hate sunroofs. Hopefully they can fix the A-pillar cold weather rattle at the same time.

Got it replaced on Monday and luckily the dealer foreman performed the install; took about 7 hours but appears to be solid for now; will see after several months is gap/adhesive again comes loose. Fingers crossed!

Mine has fallen too in the same spot so I added some Velcro strips myself. I have added subwoofers so I just assumed warranty would be denied so I didn't bother taking it in.
