Took a picture of my 23 Platinum before my 2" Lift

I was walking out of the office this afternoon and my truck looks so good (to me) that I took a picture of it. On the 16th of this month I have a slight lift being installed (Westcott 2"/1").

I'll post an after pic of the truck in the same spot for comparison.

I have had this truck one month and I really love it!

In for pictures, I've got a WCP Platinum and will be doing a 2/1" lift as well later this month.

What tires/wheels you going with?

 

I am going to stay with the wheels for now and tires, I don't know. Either way the tires will have to wait till tax time.

How about you?

 

I'm keeping the OEM wheels as well, i dig em', but throwing on a set of Firestone Destination XT 285/65r20's. At 53lb per should give me the "35" look without as much of an MPG hit. Plus the 3 peak rating is kind of a necessity where I travel in the winter.

It's funny how pictures don't capture the whole truck,meaning you really can't take it all in on how it actually looks with a simple mod, but that little mod makes a huge difference to these trucks.
Nothing to scale it to,unless you really know "how they look" in person,we know how they look because it's our truck and we know it inside and out but to me it's just a pic.

Love the rig and platinum trim. Just picked mine up a week ago. Going in for tint this Friday. Tires will have to wait until I go through these stock ones

Holy moly that looks amazing!! Im looking right now..same color..question, with the longer bed, is it hard to park, etc? I originally wanted the 6.5 bed and the double cab, but now targeting the crew...

 

No lift, 35x11.50x20 have since swapped out center caps to the TRD ones.

Thanks for the compliment. Actually, because the backup camera is so precise with the displayed turning angles, it's literally a breeze.b

 

No rubbing. These 275/65/R20's are 34.1" tall vs the 32.5" tall factory tires I replaced. I don't think they would have rubbed even if I didn't have the 2" lift installed.

No rubbing. Also put spacers on and mudflaps that work great so far.
