Some History: last year my tundra sprung a minor leak in the brake lines and once it got worse it became harder to shift gears when the reservoir was almost dry. One day it wouldn't move at all so I pulled the shifter down hard from Park to get it to neutral and roll it but it got stuck in reverse.

Since it's not my daily driver I just let it sit for over a year and finally got to replacing the bad brake lines this month and now the brake system holds fluid just fine.

Unfortunately the shifter would just juggle between park and reverse (dash indicator lights always shows reverse though). I removed the top and bottom panels over the shifter and verified nothing's broken in there. I then went underneath and removed the 12mm bolt holding the shift linkage. The shifter now moves smoothly. I then tried moving the shift lever on the transmission housing but it won't budge. I did end up spraying lot of pb plaster on the level and plan to check again tomorrow.

Not sure if I'm missing something else here? Thanks!!
