I have a 2014 Toyota Tundra that resets the navigation system about every 15 minutes. Reading on the forums there is a software update that will solve the problem however when I attempt to update the software (downloaded from Toyota) via USB however after about 10 minutes I get a “New software is not compatible with the system” error. Anyone have any ideas? See photo for photo of head.

Why bother? Or does your 2014 not have Android Auto or Apple Carplay?

Do you're going here and entering your vehicle's VIN? Or are you selecting options manually? https://www.toyota.com/firmware-updates#

Looks like you have the right one, per the year and model selection, but maybe see what your VIN pulls up.
