2007 tundra has very little power to windows, seats, and interior lights. No dash lights.

It's definitely a low battery but the core problem could be either the battery or the alternator (which charges the battery when the engine runs). Jump start the truck and bring it to a place like AutoZone and they'll figure out what need to be replaced.

I had the battery tested and it's good. I also replaced the fusible link main fuse and the neutral safety switch. I don't know what to do next. You can't jump start it.

Have you checked/cleaned the ground cable that attaches to the body? That's what I would check next.

Yes, I checked all the grounds in the engine compartment and they are good. On the dash the check engine light and battery lights are on. When I push my key to lock the door, there is a funny sound from under the dash.

Any possible photos of the battery terminals and/or grounding cables you could share? Maybe share a video with the mysterious sound might help diagnosis?

Videos to YouTube first then share the link

The battery is new and the grounds were checked with volt meter. The noise is a quick mechanical type noise.
