Generally speaking (see below for the exception), you don't see any ownership details. The public Toyota service history system usually doesn't include details on ownership. It just has service records from Toyota so you can see what Toyota dealer performed the maintenance and what was done during that service.

As an example, here's a sample of that first truck's history...the one with over 100k miles. This is just the most recent history that I could grab in a single screenshot. You can go back to the beginning or even download the entire history as a PDF. Just skimming the history, here are some "non-standard maintenance" highlights or other thoughts you can glean from this truck's history:
    • It looks like this person took their truck to the same Toyota dealer for every service
    • They did 10k OCIs until 80k miles and then started doing roughly 5k OCIs: Oil change at 80k, 84k, 91k, 97k, 103k
    • Had their front rotors replaced under warranty @ 30k
    • Had 3 windshield chips repaired at 52k
    • Had the windshield fully replaced at 70k
    • Had the windshield replaced again at 80k
    • It doesn't look like this owner followed the recommended maintenance by Toyota. I don't see any spark plug changes in the history. I'm assuming this 100k mile truck has the original plugs in it. If I remember the service recommendation correctly, it should be on its 3rd set of plugs by now.
Side note: I blocked out the personal details because the Service Advisor put the person's phone number in the tech notes. It doesn't really belong there and normally the service history doesn't include any PII.

Side note #2: I googled the phone # just to see if it came back to a company and it does. The company is a hotshot & oversized load escort company. That explains the crazy mileage in such a short period of time and the multiple windshield replacements.

27k miles on a 2022 SR5, with a flatbed camper load 100% of the time, no engine issues. 91+ only.

I don’t mind at all, I will have to add that info to my build thread too.

Four Wheel Camper hawk flatbed model is rated at 1500 pounds wet. But I have not weighed the entire truck yet, which would show us the difference the flatbed weighs (from stock bed that was removed) and my gear as well.

I wouldn’t be surprised if it was 2000 pounds total added and I think I’m just under gross weight. I need to check that ha ha

So I was getting my 3rd alignment today and and got to chatting with the SA, asking him about those spark plugs. I told him the manual said 40k and he looked in his computer and couldn’t find anything on it. I am planning to do it myself anyway, but if other SA’s are not hip to the manual, then I could see that. So a Hot Shot outfit probably goes by the SA advisement and there you go.

Hotshot companies and 98.9% of the overall car ownership base. I am fully convinced that very few people ever pull out their manual. Maybe folks don't even know such a thing exists anymore. It's crazy.

Case in point are the dozens upon of dozens of Reddit posts I see of users asking what a button does in their car. Here are few great examples from the r/Toyota and r/ToyotaTundra subreddits. I've cropped out the usernames to protect them from further shame. haha

Did you also buy prepaid maintenance?

I bought prepaid maintenance from Jerry , and asked SA to double check if it will include the spark plugs at 40k miles. SA kept staring at his compute... Checking something, and they kept saying that my prepaid maintenance doesn't include spark plugs and won't pay for it even though it's listed under required maintenance in the manual.
