Looking for a solution for a similar problem. Definitely not the fuse, I have power to signal lights, brake lights, running and marker lights on the drivers side, but no power to the marker and running lights to the passenger side of the trailer. So weird. After checking the trailer wiring, I then moved to the truck and found that no power is going to the green wire on the 7 pin connector. Any suggestions?

Been having the same issue since I got my truck in 2019. 2020 Tundra 4 pin connector/trailer. All lights work except running. Checked fuses, rewired the flat four from the trailer with a new plug, readjusted the ground, nothing. Voltmeter showing running lights dead/no power at the 4 pin truck plug. At wits end. I give it a go every few months and cannot figure it out.

Work backwards from the pickup plug with a wire tester. Bad connection or splice maybe?

Yeah thats the next step. Ran out of daylight. I may just run a jumper from 12v with an inline fuse lol. Over it.

Sorry guys. I know that this thread has been going on for quite some time now, but just wanted to share something. On my 2006 Tundra SR5 extra cab, under the hood I have three fuse boxes. Through checking all of the fuses, I found that in the smallest compartment of the fuse boxes there are 3 30amp fuses. One fuse controls the headlights function, one fuse for each of the left and right lights on the 7 pin hookup. Standing on the side of the driver side fender, the fuse furthest away is for the headlights or running lights. Even if you check with a tester under your vehicle you will probably get some power showing on the meter, but not enough to make the lights work. Hope this might help somebody.

Having a similar issue with my 06. I have trailer turn and brake lights but no running lights. I will check the fuse you mentioned. Thanks
