Blew my Battery on First Attempt, Help with Second?

Hey Folks,

So I'm looking to hardwire a Viofo 129 Pro Plus into my 2015 1794 with fuse taps, unfortunately I tried BK/UP LP for constant and S/Roof for ACC but that just drained the battery instantly.

Does anyone know what would be good taps for Power and ACC on my fuse box? I appreciate any assistance!

You’re gonna like having a test light after you have one…

Recommend grabbing one at any auto parts store and doing a little probing. I did that when I wired my dash cam in my 2018 Platinum. Took about 5 minutes, including having a cold one. Find one that’s hot all the time, then one that’s hot when the key is on…
