Cap with bed platform

Hello everyone I am having trouble identifying my ARE cap. I need a new third brake light and the Amazon one I got is junk. I am posting a picture of the tag. If anyone has a website that can decode ARE cap numbers or knowledge of their labeling system it would be a great help. Thanks in advance. Oh by the way I own a 2011 crew cab with a 6.5 bed.
