    Entirely personal question. Depends on its history and your intended use. If it wasn't abused you aren't likely to need a warranty unless you plan to abuse it.

    You will not be able to buy a factory extended warranty because you are out of the mileage range(36,000). You might still be able to buy an aftermarket warranty but those are generally considered to be a waste of money. As GODZILLA said, you might not ever need it given the Tundra's reputation.

    I just purchased a 2021 Tundra Platinum with 27K miles a few days ago. Its in mint condition and had service records so going with this trucks reputation I declined the overpriced warranty they tried to sell me.

    I bought a warranty through my CU because it had a provision for lifting the vehicle up to 6" and 35" tires. It paid for itself with one job. Over the life of the warranty I'd say I got my money's worth 3x over.

    Out of curiosity, how much was it? I got a 100,000mi/10 yr for about 1,500
