600 miles on my truck and when you turn the heater on it has this nauseous smell of best described as cured meat with melted plastic.
    Any thoughts?

I would pay extra for cured meat heater smells.

In all seriousness, its probably just the new truck break in smells.

On a hot day I could smell the deer blood coming from the bed liner in my 2014 Tundra. Smelled like victory.

Happens during break-in - just all the coatings being burned off the warm engine parts

Completely normal. My wife's 22 Rav4 had that smell for about 400 miles, and my 22 Tundra had the smell for a little over 900 miles. It goes away.

I had a similar smell it was the rust inhibitor undercoating,it was heating and burning off on the exhaust and other places it shouldn't have been on.
    Took about a week.
Welcome to the boards and congrats on your new Rig!
