    I've been looking around the forum for an answer here but haven't found an applicable answer, please help out if you know an existing thread

    I've got a 2020 SR5 CM 4x4 on a fully stock suspension. Just bought the truck a few months ago. I'd like add 1-3" in the front and 0-1" in the rear.

    My driving is mostly city road and highways, but the reason for wanting a lift is to add clearance -- is because I do a lot of driving in snow during the winters and I've gotten stuck in SUVs etc. after a large dump overnight and not trying to ever run into that problem again.

    My question is this -- how can I get the clearance gain that I want without sacrificing the quality of driving that I do 90% of the time which is city road and highway? I do feel like the Tundra stock ride is kind of loose and unimpressive. I wouldn't mind "tightening it up" but I've had really bumpy coilovers in past rides and trying to avoid that again.

    The reason why I'm open to a range of lift sizes is because I really don't care too much about the appearance, I'm trying to optimize for function and if going with a certain specific setup has been known to have a stock-like (or better) ride, then I'm open to it. I'll add as much clearance as I can get, without sacrificing ride quality on city/highway driving.

    From reading other threads, I think buying TRD Pro Fox shocks or Bilstein 6112 coilovers in the front with stiff springs or stock in the rear might be good options -- but don't know if the Bilsteins would be overkill since they seem to be popular with the off-road crowd (which I don't do). I'm open to the TRD Pro Fox shocks but some people have said there are "better setups at that price point"... Can anyone share one of those setups with me?!

    I'd rather not add sway bars, UCAs etc. purely just to keep cost and simplicity but if adding one or the other would seriously help my goal then I'm open to it.

    Pretty flexible on budget. I'm mentally prepared for about $2k-3k including install at most
