2007 5.7 v8 double cab

dual catback exhaust

2007 tundra 5.7 v8 "S" mode stop upshifting after testing sudden brake system stopping.
VSS AUTO displayed on dash and immediately upshifting not possible. Specifically I can put in D go to "S" mode into 4 th gear-can downshift to 1st gear but can't upshift from there. "S' mode lights up showing what gear currently in, no problem shifting from D to "S" mode.

Read forum on 2008 problems and then checked 7.5 a fuse for back-up lights and acc fuse
above it, fuses OK, replaced anyway(fuse box under dash). Back up lights functioned before and after fuse change.

Any thoughts as to other fuses, relays for review?
