Sold my 2018 2wd Ram with 74,000 miles (ticking lifters transmission issues)for 2010 4wd Tundra Limited Platinum Edition with 110,000 miles.Broke even on the deal, sold my ram for the same amount. I paid for the tundra out the door. I am hoping to get another hundred thousand miles out of this Tundra, and thrilled about getting a 4wd since I go to the beach a lot pulling an RV.
First order of business was changed front and rear differential fluid and transfer case.Of course the front differential drain plug was torqued too tight, stripped it out,but finally got it out with an extractor.
Did drain and fill on the transmission, about 4 1/2 quarts.
It had very good Carfax history on oil changes,2 owners and done about every 5000 miles.Carfax showed transfer and differential change at 56,000 miles but nothing about transmission, maybe that was an oversight I don’t know.
Next, I want to get some type of Apple CarPlay installed. In my opinion the stereo system came with this truck sucks. Has the five disc cd changer and the built-in subwoofer(it’s blown)For a Country known for it’s electronics Toyota sure is behind the curve on their stereos.

Sounds like you're pretty good about maintenance, so you should easily get well more than another 100K out of that beauty.
