I'm not sure if this is a stupid question or not. Are Fumoto valves universal or are they vehicle specific. I ordered one for my Tundra but I'll be changing the oil in my wife's accord before I do my truck next. Can I just use this valve on hers if a new one won't be here on time?

    Thanks

The threads on the accord oil pan will most likely be different on the accord! Their made to fit specific vehicles!

Go to the Fumoto website to find correct fit for your vehicles. Many use the same ones.

Just got on their site and verified. Different P/N's. Easy enough!

There's also different lengths and options available. There is plenty of room under the Tundra for the long nipple version if you want to attach a drain hose, but maybe her Accord needs the short version, or even the newer rotating one?

I've got the long nipple version for my Tundra. The accord, after doing research, will need an extension because of how the drain pan is set. I'll stick to just the classic drain plug on that one.
