I have been getting an education from old threads and thank you all for that. Any new insight? I used to ride old Triumph Motorcycles and this all sounds like a Joe Lucas ,the prince of darkness,problem. Bad ground so it will not switch. I think the FPCM returns to the main ECM and switches there but what do I know. Just trying to prompt someone that knows some thing more than me. Should not be hard. Thanks again
