    This has been rattling around and I can't find where it mounts to. I'd like to either remount it proper or remove it. Whatever is best. Not sure what it's purpose is.

    Imma keep it stock
    That’s the clamp that goes around the connection between the resonator and the muffler. If yours is rattling around, it’s loose.

    If you've not had any issues other than the rattling, grab your socket set and just tighten it down where it is. You won't lose it in case you actually needed somewhere and the rattling will stop. Win win.
