I've remove lot's of badges in my day, but I'm wondering what your technique was if you ever removed the TRD Pro Bed Stamp decals? The fact that they are recessed, is giving me pause from threading monofilament through there and marring the paint on the bed surface.

I will definitely start with a heat gun to soften the adhesive, but would appreciate tips on getting them started without causing other problems. This is the only reason they are still on.

Well, I walked out to the parking lot and my truck had been sitting in full sun for a few hours. Was able to get a fingernail under the corner of one of the letters and it peeled off super clean. 3 minutes later and both sides are debadged and clean. Nice feature, if you ask me. Maybe Don had wax on the paint before they went on and that helped to make them easier to remove. They were still on very solid, but came off without fuss!

Glad you got them off with ease. Speaking for myself, I much prefer the stamped steel without decals, looks very industrial and clean.

Hey Erik, It’s looks awesome. I was hesitant adding them but I new they would be easy to remove if need to. I think it looks good both ways. I agree the reason they came off easy because of me using a lot of ceramic spray I use from griots garage. Stuff works great. I also wiped the area before the install with alcohol.

I agree the truck looks great either way. The Tufskinz are definitely a tasteful addition
